All of my life I have been a book lover and avid reader. For me, reading spurs creativity in so many areas of my life–including my artwork. The worlds you can visit and discover in a book are never ending and can take you away from the stress of daily life.

Each year I treat myself to a unique vintage book and this year I received "The Black Princess and other Fairy Tales from Brazil. It is exquisite and the illustrations are by Florence Mary Anderson. It was a good price and the author Christie T Young signed and dated it 1918 :) very exciting! I must read some of the books you mention, I have only read The Help.
